Power, lifts & services
Each unit is provided with a 3-phase electrical supply sized by floor — 150A or 200A 3-phase for first-storey units and the canteen, 125A on the second storey and 100A on the third to tenth storeys. Purchasers apply for and provide their own meter board and distribution board for outgoing power inclusive of air-conditioning, power and lighting installations. Vertical transport is handled by two passenger/fireman lifts and two service lifts.
Cold storage
Units designed for customisable cold-room installation; intelligent refrigeration chambers with shelving systems supported.
Loading & unloading
Two loading/unloading bays at the first storey, 3m wide and 7.5m long; common lorry parking at level-one units #05, #06 and #07; common loading or carparks on levels 2–10.
Air-con & ventilation
Provision of air-con ledge; mechanical ventilation to authority requirements; kitchen exhaust duct from unit to roof, capped at high level.
Fire protection
Sprinklers, fire alarms, dry risers, hose reels, extinguishers, emergency lighting and exit signage to statutory requirements.

Floor trap, sampling sump, common kitchen waste stack and centralized grease-trap system; individual water meters per factory and canteen unit.
Waste & gas
Designated waste collection point per unit with owner-engaged licensed collectors; gas pipe provided with cap-off inside the unit.
